Clients must treat all Candidates fairly and without discrimination.

Clients must maintain the confidentiality of all Candidate information provided to them.

Clients must honour all agreed-upon fees and payment terms.
5. Candidate Obligations
5.1
Candidates must provide accurate and truthful information about their qualifications, experience, and background.
5.2
Candidates must notify us immediately of any changes to their contact details or availability.
5.3
Candidates must not misrepresent themselves or their abilities.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1
Fees for our services will be communicated and agreed upon with Clients prior to the commencement of services.
6.2
Payment terms will be specified in the engagement agreement or invoice.
6.3
All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
6.4
Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate prescribed by South African law.
7. Intellectual Property
